Waste Collection & Sorting
Waste is collected and sorted by type — PP, ABS, HDPE, and LDPE — using separate bins. Proper sorting is the foundation of high-quality recycled output.
Washing & Grinding
Efficient washing removes contaminants while precision grinding reduces plastic into consistent flakes — clean and ready for melting and extrusion.
Melting, Extrusion & Granules
Cleaned plastic is fed into the extruder, melted, shaped through a die, and precision-cut into uniform granules ready for industrial applications.
