The Facility
Our manufacturing facility in Delhi is the backbone of everything we do. Purpose-built for multi-vertical production, the plant operates across fiber assembly, electrical production, plastic moulding, machining, and aerospace component manufacturing under one roof.
A strong QC team is embedded on the shop floor — not siloed in a separate department. Quality checks happen at every stage of production, not just at the end. This is how we maintain consistency across thousands of units and dozens of product types.
Production Zones
Dedicated cleanroom-adjacent zone for fiber patch cord splicing, testing, and assembly. Polishing, inspection, and insertion loss testing in-line.
Wire cutting, stripping, termination, and cable assembly for electrical products. Continuity and hi-pot testing at every stage.
Multi-press injection moulding bay for ABS, PP, PC, and Nylon components. Material drying, moulding, trimming, and visual inspection.
Precision CNC machining for metal and plastic components. CMM inspection station adjacent to machines for immediate dimensional verification.
Central QC lab for final product verification. Finished goods staging and dispatch coordination for on-time delivery.
