Our Story
From trading telecom products out of Delhi to seven manufacturing verticals — this is how one conviction became a company.
Where It Began
Abastel was founded in 2019 in Delhi with one conviction: that Indian businesses could deliver world-class quality at Indian prices — without compromise.
We began as a trader of telecom and fiber optic products for FTTX and CATV networks — learning the market from the inside and earning the trust of customers across India. In 2021 we made the leap from trading toward manufacturing by owning our own moulds, and in 2022 we opened our first injection moulding factory in Delhi. Our founders — technically fertile minds with hands-on experience — hired for creativity over credentials, and that instinct still shapes every hire we make and every product we ship.

2019
Founded as a trader of telecom products — building the customer relationships and market knowledge that everything since has been built on.
2021
Started owning our own moulds while outsourcing the job work to other manufacturers — the first step from pure trading toward manufacturing.
2022
Set up our first injection moulding factory — bringing production in-house and taking full control of quality.
2023
Increased injection moulding capacity and began importing Fiber Telecom Products and Aluminium Telescopic Ladders — widening the catalogue.
2024
Set up a Stay Wire / Messenger Wire / GI Clipping Wire manufacturing line, and a plastic recycling and granule-making factory — two new verticals in one year.
2025
Started a new division for corrugated box manufacturing — moving into packaging with our own production line.
2026
Entering four new frontiers at once — Aerospace, AI, Software and the Food industry — our most ambitious chapter yet.
